Local concerns distracted us for a while, but now it is time to turn back to Rick Santorum and the projected matchup with the sacrificial Republicrat Bob Casey Jr. Who is Rick, but with Labor backing. On the plus side, Jr. has a much less offensive personality. So will mediocrity and name recognition carry the Keystone Senate Race, or will the intolerant shrew triumph yet again?
